星形彈性聯(lián)軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯(lián)接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯(lián)軸器具有補(bǔ)償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應(yīng)場合普遍，傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯(lián)軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. 彈性柱銷聯(lián)軸器是一種結(jié)構(gòu)簡單制造容易，無需潤滑，裝拆彈性柱銷便捷的傳動基礎(chǔ)件，利用兩個帶法蘭孔的半聯(lián)和置于起重的非金屬彈性柱銷來傳遞扭矩，適用于中低速和中低扭矩場合。

彈性柱銷齒式聯(lián)軸器采用非金屬彈性柱銷和兩個帶齒形半聯(lián)以及一個外圈的齒形套環(huán)設(shè)計，利用非金屬彈性的變形來傳遞扭矩同時緩沖減震，補(bǔ)償角向位移。

彈性套柱銷聯(lián)軸器設(shè)計簡單巧妙，適用性較廣的聯(lián)軸器，利用帶彈性套的柱銷聯(lián)接兩個帶銷孔的半聯(lián)，實現(xiàn)扭矩傳遞的同時兼具較大的角向補(bǔ)償，同時減震緩沖性能良好，可以用在速度較快的場合，無需潤滑，銷套更換便捷。
